CIED Wizard™ provides data extracted from manufacturer Technical Manuals or Instructions for Use (IFUs). It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not replace the clinical judgment of a trained medical professional. The final determination of MRI suitability and patient safety is the sole responsibility of the attending physician and the MRI technologist performing the scan.
While every attempt is made to ensure absolute accuracy of the data provided, discrepancies may occur due to the nature of automated data extraction, technical manual revisions or changes to IFUs at the manufacturer's discretion. Users are required to verify all safety parameters against the latest official manufacturer technical manual before proceeding with any MRI scan. The "Verify with Official Manual" functionality is provided to facilitate this requirement.

consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this tool,
including but not limited to clinical errors or equipment damage.
This tool is designed for CIED (Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device) hardware
lookup. It does not account for non-conventional implantation, damaged or abandoned
systems unless specifically noted in the manufacturer documentation.
